My days with bluehost.com are now numbered. I won’t place all of the blame on bluehost, but after numerous attempts to get help through tech support, upgrades, and site deletion attempts, I’ve moved my hosting and domain space to Reclaimhosting.com. We’ve begun to work with them at NU. This a a top-class, educationally focused hosting space. I look forward to working with them into the future both professional and personally.
